Baking sourdough bread is a long process, but we're going to get into as much of it as we possibly can in one day. Spend the day at beautiful Green Valley farm doing a deep-dive into sourdough, bread and grains. Enjoy a farmhouse lunch and refreshments.

About the event
A one-day workshop focused on sourdough country bread. We'll go over starters and starter feeding and how to plan your bake and adjust the timing and flour choices. We'll mix dough and go into detail about how to mix, how wet to make your dough, and the importance of temperature. We'll go through how to decide when to divide and how to pre-shape and shape. We'll proof  and bake in the late afternoon. Lunch, snacks and refreshments are included.
