I'm Jennifer Latham, a baker and writer. I'm the author of 'Baking Bread with Kids' and writer of 'Bread Book' with Chad Roberston. I'm also the former Director of Bread for Tartine Bakery.
I'm always looking for interesting ways to use heirloom, landrace, ancient or new grains. I especially love finding small local farms growing cool grains using regenerative practices.
