I'm Jennifer Latham, a baker and writer. I'm the author of 'Baking Bread with Kids' and writer of 'Bread Book' with Chad Roberston. I'm also the former Director of Bread for Tartine Bakery.

My first love is sourdough bread (and pizza), but I love to bake simple, seasonal cakes, tarts and galettes too.  Find some of my recipes here, at Cairnspring Mills, King Arthur Baking Company or at The Perfect Loaf

I am inspired by the endless flavor possibilities of heirloom, landrace and ancient grain, by the communities and practices of farming and milling, and by the incredible landscape of my home in Northern California.
